This is a short fit-check call for the Shadow Operator Case Study Partnership.

We’ll look at your audience, what you’re currently doing to monetise, and whether there is a real digital product or offer we could build together.

This is not a generic sales call.

The goal is to see whether your audience, niche, and current monetisation problem make sense for the first 70/30 revenue-share case study partnership.

We’ll cover:

• What your audience already asks you for
• What you’ve tried to sell or monetise so far
• Where things feel messy, stuck, or hard to scale
• What kind of digital product, paid community, guide, workshop, or offer could make sense
• Whether the case study partnership is a fit for both of us

There is no large upfront fee.

If we work together, you keep 70% of the revenue and I take 30% for helping build and operate the backend.

If it is not a fit, I’ll tell you straight.
